Important Notes
Due to overwhelming response, all online registration will seize on 25th august, 2359.
- All rates are in SGD dollars and subjected to 7% prevailing government taxes and bank charges.
- Early Bird registration ends on 15 July 2022.
- PAQS Member refer to members of national QS Instituitions whose countries are members or associate members of PAQS.
- Any purchase of the above pass category is allowed access to all track sessions, Welcome Reception and Gala Dinner, unless otherwise stated.
- Students pass registration:
a. Must register with an education institution email address
b. Will be required to show proof of academic status prior to collecting their badge on-site - Enjoy the group rate discount when you purchase 10 or more passes in a single transaction.
- For registrants who require a Visa letter, please note that your registration needs to be confirmed in order to receive the letter of invitation to apply Visa. Please also take note that the application for Visa will take about two weeks to be processed.
- Golf Tournament will proceed with a minimum of 12 golfers.
- For Group Registration, please write in to our secretariat to request for an offline registration template: secretariat@paqs2022.com.
Registration Terms and Conditions
Cancellation Policy: This is a NON-REFUNDABLE congress. Registrations are however transferable (see Substitution of Delegates Policy below). Should you have extenuating circumstances, you can submit your substitution request to: secretariat@paqs2022.com. Please remember that cancelling your registration does not automatically cancel your hotel and travel arrangements. Individuals are responsible for cancelling their own hotel and travel reservations.
Substitution of Delegate Policy Substitutions, including those made on-site, are allowed with the written permission of the original registrant. Requests for substitutions will only be accepted by email to secretariat@paqs2022.com. The substituted delegate must be from the same organization as the cancelled delegate. There can only be up to one (1) substitution per delegate.
